Scott retired from the City of Racine in 2007 after serving as a police attorney and assistant city attorney. He was also a former public defender. He recently “retired” a second time in 2009 after teaching full time as a criminal justice lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. He is married to Ellen and has a daughter, Kimberly.
